Easier said than done? Try this!
When I was young, my religious upbringing encouraged me to love everybody. This, of course, is a lot easier in thought over practice.
Humans are notoriously stubborn and flawed. That includes you. No one is perfect. Learning to find one good quality about everyone you meet will help you have better business and other relationships.
Many of us have had rough upbringings, which makes our thoughts towards others and ourselves more critical. Entrepreneurs have a high tendency of being critical of self.
One of the best ways to ensure you treat everyone you meet with respect is to find one trait to respect them for!
Also, remember you’re always more aware of your faults than others can be. You’re with yourself 24/7! People are generally more forgetful and forgiving than we give them credit for.
When you allow space for yourself to also be flawed, you allow people to remove their walls. This very simple action will help you have substaintially better business relationships. People want to be comfortable with the people they do business with!
